Post Quiet sump Pump

 
well i am trying to think how to make my sump pump quiet .
any ideas?

What pump is it?
Pump is usually the quietest part,its usually the splashing and gurgling of the return that needs some tweaking to get it quiet.
Im using quiet one 3000 pumps and they are pretty quiet.

ok i fixed it
i took it out and clean the hell out of it and now it works;)
