Post PVC cement


 
I plan on building something similar to this for a filler during water changes.

Just want to know if the cement is going to cause an issue or not. Or should I use #1 silicone. (I really don't think thats going to bind though) :rolleyes2:

just use regular pvc cement . clue it together and wait 30 mins before use !!! you will be fine !!

The pvc cement is fine.
Just a note on the silicone.Ive noticed when using it on plastics,while the initial bond looks great,after a few months I usually see the bond fail.
