Post Does anyone know what type of wood this is?

I need some help identifying what type of driftwood this is, the supplier does not know.

http://www.bobstropicalplants.com/store ... hp?pID=248

http://www.bobstropicalplants.com/store ... cts_id=248

Through further emails he says he recieves it from overseas which leads me to believe its redmoor wood, which ive been looking for like crazy but havent been able to find any in the US.

Let me know what you think, thanks guys

It might be manzanita driftwood. I forgot the website that sells it. I believe Tito knows the name of the site. I am sure if you search the forum you will find it.

I'm not sure what type it is but if it were me and the person that was selling it to me didn't know what it was I'd look else where. I do like the root system look to it though. This for a SA tank?

The Manzanita I bought from Manzanita Burlworks http://www.manzanita.com/ was smooth from sandblasting. The wood you are showing may be natural Manzanita.

I know at least one person using Rhododendron branches, blueberry, Azalea. All are very similar to Manzanita.
