The head and coloration sort of look like a Protomelas sp. steveni taiwan Higga Reef. Yet the elongated body is not right and it has too many verticle stripes.

The elongated body and coloration closely looks likel a S. fryeri but the head is not right...

Does it show spots on it's flanks like this Copadichromis azureus?:
